Study: Often no active customer approach at the point of sale

Even though car dealerships have seen a high level of workshop capacity utilization in recent years, DAT also asked whether companies are "missing out" on sales in terms of additional services. In a detailed study, vehicle owners were asked whether they had been asked about possible additional services in addition to the actual reason for their visit to the workshop. The survey revealed a clear picture, as they were often not actively approached.
